Pallas Athene, one of the "goddess" asteroids moves back into the business minded sign of Capricorn today. this is yet another switch in the feminine principle noted in the news by stories of "high profile women" finding their voices in a "testy" astrological climate dominated by flighty asteroids and planets in the midst of recent sign changes.

Mothers, wives, daughters and "women's" work will become more of a theme in the collective with serious overtones of "manifesting substance in a climate of lack " and becoming an "authority". This should assist in the creative process where past confusion over boundaries created artificial "limits" that have prevented an easy flow of self directed energy, an energy that may appear to others to be lacking in feelings or based on "getting the job done" despite the odds and in many cases, because of them.

Pallas Athene guides wisdom and creative principles (the Arts of civilization) and is not immune to using what is considered a male centered approach. As Minerva (another Pallas identity) her visage graces a large painting of George Washington in the "eye" of the Capitol rotunda, as he is flanked by other maidens ( the 13 original colonies) and " rises to heaven" as a God. Pallas is a war goddess and a patron of wisdom attended by her shield and owl, denoting wisdom and a need to defend principles to "civilize" men. Pallas can "disappear" in female form altogether when challenged using her wits and defensive posture more in line to that of a man if need be.

In Capricorn Pallas will have an affinity to the "tenth house" of power and success. Good news for Capricorns and Capricorn rising signs that have felt battered and defeated as of late. Pallas remains in Capricorn until October 26, 2011.

This is the final time that we will live through the planet Neptune ( fantasy, dreams, the unconscious ) transiting ( traveling through) the constellation of Aquarius ( 11th house of humanity) for the next 165 years. After February of 2012 Neptune will move into the sign that it rules over, Pisces, considered the cradle of humanity and the womb of our unconscious existence. Hold on we're in for a very rough ride.........

Pluto in Capricorn makes an exact square today to Uranus in Aries. To say we have not noticed intense changes taking place within the last few years since Pluto entered Capricorn in 2007/2008 is to admit we are using escape hatches that prevent us from taking off the blinders that Neptune in Aquarius ushered in circa 1997/98. Neptune promotes surrender, release and dissolution en masse and one common theme of Neptune in Aquarius has been to remove us from the individual capacity to react, blunting our responses by blurring the lines between rational thought and self centered activity through mind desensitizing and sensational addictive imagery and agents ( chemical, drug induced, hallucinatory, weird and spacey) and humanitarian crisis.

The internet is part of this "connected yet separate" feeling and promoted a sense of security in numbers, groupthink, groupspeak, trust in individuals who we knew nothing more about then a screen name and an "avatar", and was deployed by many individuals and groups who asked for money and personal information for purposes other then their publicized intent.

We are seeing the fallout of this "mind connection" daily with stories of hacked information from social networking sites and the sites themselves have become suspect, if not the originators of the networks, as to motive and purpose, and operational objectives are revealing connections to data mining companies and larger organizations who "oversee" information security.

Pluto will take no prisoners and in Capricorn is forcing whatever "bad habits" accumulative over that time period to ooze up from the cracks in the structures allowing us to let go of whatever overlying artifices we "thought" were secure and foundational to undergo transformation. In this process deep psychological decaying material is purged and exposed to the daylight so it can be dealt with in full view of the conscious state. This includes disinfo, rumors, secrets and lies.

Bloggers and publishers of alternative news are feeling the sting as more and more channels of information are shut down or scrutinized for content and subscriber information. Media at large has been exposed (Rupert Murdoch) and continuation of this theme is expected with Neptune back in Aquarius until February of 2012. Identity, security, and trust are at the forefront of this issue.

Uranus in Aries has changed the balance of power, personal and at the very source. Misuse of personal power and past associations are spotlighted now. How you project yourself (the ACT) is being "watched" and seeing others portray themselves as something totally different than they really are will not serve much longer. Who you are, what you are, and why you are and the psychological underlying motivation behind your actions will rise to the surface during these transits.

There are so many things I'm reading this week about truth, loyalty and misuse of power. Here's a quote from my latest read from Fan0fFacts. "Transparency and truth, integrity and honesty will come at a premium."

So I've been noticing more that I'm out in public more often now than before, that there is a lot of chaotic energies out there. Everyone seems to be watching for the other shoe to drop so to speak and it's going to we all can feel it every where around us.

My hopes is that we can just do like we do with any crazy rides we go on. Get in, buckle up, prepare as much as you're able to, and enjoy the ride...

Today the moon storms into Sagittarius. The unvarnished emotional depth of Scorpio gives way to the possibilities of optimism and hopes influenced by the pings of intuition that our world may have taken a small detour over the last few days that reveal something of a hidden destiny that yearns for, and must be supplied with, something bigger and better, still just out of reach, but somehow obtainable it we can just reset our bearings to shore up to a plan that is workable given the circumstances.

Mars the planet of aggression entered CANCER the sign of emotion and Neptune the planet of illusions backed into AQUARIUS, the collective.

With respect to Neptune reentering Aquarius, Neptune was last in Aquarius 1998, "the veil" in the sign of the "collective". The last time Neptune was in Aquarius in the grand cycle there were periods of enhanced spiritual teaching coming form the "masters" or the " Brotherhood" since the 11th house, Aquarius rules over the "consciousness of MAN" and humanity as a whole.

The theosophy society was founded by Helena P Blavatsky at this time and is one of the more well known contributions of "higher self" promoted by the energies of Neptune in Aquarius.

Spiritualists and mediums on TV, channelers, web based organizations and groups promoting evolutionary and revolutionary thought (Aquarius is ruled by Uranus the awakener and Saturn representing limits and boundaries).

In the last 14 years many "false flag" events, staged for show ( Neptune opposed Leo, the act, the play, the actor on the stage) and removed the ability or "limitations" of the group to discern clearly exactly WHAT is taking place while promoting a feeling of "connectiveness" on a higher level. this was experienced as losing ones self to the whole or release of the individual to the thoughts or wishes of the MANY.

Depending on a persons age this transit either enhanced spiritual capabilities and/or promoted a sense of false security based on "hazy" circumstances or forced a person to deal with issues of EGO surrender to an event/ or events that affected the integrity of the ability of the person to move forward with confidence due to unsettling situations promoting a sense of loss of self within the "whole" of humanity. Drugs and addictions to sense numbing agents or sense enhancing agents- PROZAC, EXSTACY, video games and role playing games like SIMS, SECOND LIFE, "screen names" vs real persona, sci fi and fantasy based series on TV, the return of SUPERHERO films and tv shows like ALIEN, V, AVATAR, BATMAN, CATWOMAN, etc.

This energy was unsettling to a degree where many new "syndromes" and psychological affectations emerged in the sensitive and drugs and paranoia as well as newly emerged virus's and epidemics were promoted to 'medicate" if not sedate the people who were undergoing the most intense trans formative effects of this transit.

"The flip side of Neptune is the desire to “escape” from life, through playing the sufferer, victim or martyr role by giving away our power to someone or something. Then Neptune’s creative brilliance turns into addictions and addictive behaviors as an escape mechanism. WASHINGTON (AP) — Meat giant Cargill is recalling 36 million pounds of ground turkey linked to a nationwide salmonella outbreak that has killed one person in California and sickened at least 76 others.

Illnesses in the outbreak date back to March and have been reported in 26 states coast to coast.

Cargill said Wednesday that it is recalling fresh and frozen ground turkey products produced at the company's Springdale, Ark., plant from Feb. 20 through Aug. 2 due to possible contamination from the strain of salmonella linked to the illnesses.

Company officials said that all ground turkey production has been suspended at the plant until the company is able to determine the source of the outbreak.

"Given our concern for what has happened, and our desire to do what is right for our consumers and customers, we are voluntarily removing our ground turkey products from the marketplace," said Steve Willardsen, president of Cargill's turkey processing business.

The Minnesota-based company said it was initiating the recall after its own internal investigation, an Agriculture Department investigation and information about the illnesses released by theCDC this week.

Please be extra careful when buying "factory food". Better yet, look up recipes for home made veggie burgers. they are not at all hard to make and delicious. Note, this "recall" goes back to March ( last MERCURY retrograde!).

Vaccination programs, food and health safety, toxins in dairy and/or beef (domestic animals, chickens, pork, etc) will be revisited as they were emphasized back in 2008 when Saturn last transited Virgo during the most recent Swine Flu episode ( replaying the 1976-1980 swine flu panic).

Guillian Barre syndrome ( mild polio and/or paralysis) was one of the outcomes resulting from side effects reported at that time and we may see an emphasis on mass inoculations again and/or a new "epidemic" stemming from faulty or erroneous science. Organic gardening and family gardening may be in the news or regulations discussed.

Jupiter is still in Taurus and the beef industry and dairy products are under focus. Recent reporting from Fukushima exposed radiation tainted beef products were sent to the marketplace without any warnings and this will continue to remain a concern. Mad cow and other unexplained food anomalies will increase and/or be on the public's radar as Mars will continue on past Leo and enter Virgo activating the Mercury retrograde degree in almost 6 months. Some years back I heard Bernard Jensen, one of our country's great nutritionists and author of over 50 books, tell the story of Samson, "the Saxon Giant." Samson was a weight lifter and wrestler who was brought to the United States by Florenz Zeigfield in the 1920's as one of the featured acts in the Zeigfield Follies. Besides his strength, Samson was also known for his baby-soft skin, a feature that Samson attributed to his daily regimen of dry skin-brushing, and a fact that greatly intrigued Jensen.

One year, so the story went that Jensen told, Samson lost the world's championship heavyweight weight-lifting contest by just 10 ounces. Jensen was able to find and examine Samson's diaries, and found that Samson had a novel theory explaining his defeat. Jensen decided to do a little experiment of his own to see why Samson would have reached such an unusual conclusion. Jensen bought a skin brush and stood on brown wrapping paper while he brushed his own body. After enough debris had fallen onto the paper, Jensen sent the material to a lab. The lab found a lot of dead skin, which, of course, was expected. But the lab also found dried catarrh, urea, sodium chloride, sebum and metabolic acid wastes. From his little experiment, Jensen came to understand that when these substances are not removed from the skin, they can become backed up in the muscle structure, and can consequently cause a loss of vitality. Jensen became a great advocate for daily dry-skin brushing.

One of the most wonderful things about our bodies is that its largest organ - the skin -- is on its outside. We can, and do, automatically and continuously both nourish and detoxify our bodies through the skin.

The ability of the skin to accept substances and deliver them to the bloodstream is well-known. The skin serves as a direct link to all the other organs. Contemporary physicians have revived the age-old practice of delivering medicine through the skin. Heart patients use nitroglycerin patches; cigarette smokers try to break their addiction through the use of nicotine patches. So great, in fact, is the ability of the skin to absorb substances that one drop of essential oil placed on the fingertip will show up in hair analysis ten minutes later.

The skin's ability to excrete toxins, however, is not as well emphasized. In natural health circles, the skin is referred to as the body's third lung, or third kidney. It aids tremendously in throwing off all toxins from the body. We absorb more impurities, and eliminate more waste through the skin than any other organ in our bodies (including the colon). Two pounds of waste are eliminated every day through the skin. The skin works hand in hand with the kidneys. On hot days, we do a lot of our elimination through our skin, and our kidneys don't have to work as hard. Conversely, on cold days, our kidneys take over this function of the skin because the skin is not eliminating as much.

The body organizes itself, in part, through a continuous dance of creating new while simultaneously shedding old, and it does this process especially efficiently with skin cells.

The skin is often the first place that biological imbalance appears. When the other systems are overloaded in dealing with too many toxins, the skin is utilized as an additional organ of detoxification. Sometimes old cells can cling to the surface of the skin, trapping pathogenic microorganisms like bacteria within; as well new cells are inhibited from breathing. Eruptions, blemishes, odors and colors may appear as the skin tries to do overtime in ridding the body of waste.

Skin brushing is especially useful for lymphatic cleansing. Cleansing the lymphatic system is essential because the lymph glands serve as one of the body's primary defense mechanisms. The lymphatic system cleanses out cellular debris that the bloodstream has not been able to take care of, such as viruses, bacteria and dust.

The lymphatic system is like the circulatory system: it moves a fluid -- which makes up about 80% of total body fluids -- throughout the body. This lymphatic fluid picks up debris as it moves along its path. Normally, excess lymphatic fluid is excreted through the skin, the kidneys and other eliminative organs.

Unlike the circulatory system which has a pump -- the heart -- to keep the fluid moving, the lymphatic system has nothing to keep the fluid moving other than your own movement. When there is toxicity from improper diet or elimination, clothing worn too tightly, or not enough exercise, the lymphatic fluid gets blocked.

Improper lymphatic drainage is one of the main reasons that so many women are plagued with cellulite. The dimples that form on the thighs and buttocks are due to the accumulation of fats, proteins and other waste products that are not being excreted from the body efficiently. These unwanted products are usually carried out of the body by the lymphatic system. Dry skin brushing helps to kick-start the lymphatic system by stimulating the lymph canals, which helps detoxify the blood and reduces the toxic build up that causes cellulite.

Jensen himself was testimony to his own theory. When he was 88, he appeared at a conference I was attending. He rolled up his shirt sleeves and pulled up his pants legs, showing us the skin on his arms and legs. There was not a single wrinkle, line or blemish anywhere on this man's body that we could see. Jensen, like Samson, attributed the beauty of his skin - its tautness, smoothness and elasticity - to his daily regimen of skin brushing.

Nothing about you was made by accident. You were created equipped and well abled. Stop thinking you don't have what it takes. See yourself as strong, equipped, empowered, a master piece creation, Spirit in the flesh, and the most Divine Creation on the planet.

Follow your Divine destiny you are here to do. No one else was created for that purpose or task but you. Stop sitting on the sidelines of life and get back in the game. Get your fire back and get your DREAMS back!

Everything you have at your disposal was created on purpose. Work with your Divine self in the process not against yourself. Don't hold on to your flaws or defects you think you have...be your greatest cheer leader! Stay in the positive! When you accept and approve of yourself then you make your faith effective.

Your history is not your destiny. That which was formed against you will be used to will be used to propel you forward. Stop taking your inventory of your negative traits you think you have. When you say "I like myself just the way I am!" it is a powerful statement. It releases the chains that bind us in bondage from negative self talk on the other side.

When we are not living who we were created to be then we are holding back our beauty of our Divine self from others. Love one another by loving and forgiving yourself first. See yourself as strong, equipped, and empowered.

Starting up with my first post for my new journey...

I've finally been able to be in a place to start my true passion in life and that's being a Spiritual Life Stylist for my brothers and sisters of the human race.

It is time to be bold and brave so that we can become again the land of the free and home of the brave, worldwide.

Here's how I'm navigating my contribution. Let me start off with a powerful poem I found but don't recall where I got it from.

Our deepest fear is Not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

We ask our self who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually who are you, NOT to BE all that?

We were born to make manifest the glory of God/Great Spirit within us and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same!

Learn to brighten your light, if yours has dimmed down over time then let's work together to BRIGHTEN YOUR LIGHT BACK UP AGAIN.

What my intentions as a Spiritual Life Stylist? I'd like to expose you to some different information that I've come across in my life that has helped and is continuing to help me.

I've been doing online research and information study for over 15 years to learn how to heal my mind body and spirit.

Ceres the Goddess of Agriculture

Ceres

Ceres was the Roman goddess of agriculture, grain, and the love a mother bears for her child. She was the daughter of Saturn and Ops, the sister of Jupiter, and the mother of Proserpine. Ceres was a kind and benevolent goddess to the Romans and they had a common expression, "fit for Ceres," which meant splendid.

She was beloved for her service to mankind in giving them the gift of the harvest, the reward for cultivation of the soil. Also known as the Greek goddess Demeter, Ceres was the goddess of the harvest and was credited with teaching humans how to grow, preserve, and prepare grain and corn. She was thought to be responsible for the fertility of the land.

Ceres was the only one of the gods who was involved on a day-to-day basis in the lives of the common folk. While others occasionally "dabbled" in human affairs when it suited their personal interests, or came to the aid of "special" mortals they favored, the goddess Ceres was truly the nurturer of mankind.

Ceres was worshipped at her temple on the Aventine Hill, one of the Seven Hills of ancient Rome. Her festival, the Cerealia, was celebrated on April 19. Another special time for Ceres was Ambarvalia, a Roman agricultural fertility rite held at the end of May. Ceres is portrayed holding a scepter or farming tool in one hand and a basket of flowers, fruits, or grain in the other. She may also be wearing a garland made from ears of corn.

The Romans explained the turning of the seasons with the following story: Ceres was the sister of Jupiter, and Proserpine was their daughter. Proserpine was kidnapped by Pluto, god of the underworld, to be his bride. By the time Ceres followed her daughter, she was gone into the earth. Making matters worse, Ceres learned that Pluto had been given Jupiter's approval to be the husband of his daughter. Ceres was so angry that she went to live in the world of men, disguised as an old woman, and stopped all the plants and crops from growing, causing a famine. Jupiter and the other gods tried to get her to change her mind but she was adamant. Jupiter eventually realized that he had to get Proserpine back from the underworld, and sent for her. Unfortunately, Pluto secretly gave her food before she left, and once one had eaten in the underworld one could not forever leave. Proserpine was therefore forced to return to the underworld for four months every year. She comes out in spring and spends the time until autumn with Ceres, but has to go back to the underworld in the winter. Her parting from Ceres every fall is why plants lose their leaves, seeds lie dormant under the ground, and nothing grows until spring when Proserpine is reunited with her mother.

Witnesses describe scene of terror at Norway camp

SUNDVOLLEN, Norway (AP) — The man in the police uniform shouted for the campers to come closer. When they did, he killed them.

The gunman who killed at least 80 people at an island youth camp northwest of Oslo used his disguise to lure in his victims, then shot them twice to make sure they were dead, survivors said in the village of Sundvollen, where they were taken after the massacre.

"I saw many dead people," said 15-year old Elise, whose father, Vidar Myhre, didn't want her to disclose her last name. She just feet away from the gunman when he opened fire in the camp on Utoya island.

Elise said she had just come out from an information meeting in a nearby building when she heard gunshots. She saw a police officer and thought she was safe, but then he started shooting.

"He first shot people on the island. Afterward he started shooting people in the water," she said.

Elise said she hid behind the same rock that the killer was standing on. "I could hear his breathing from the top of the rock," she said.

In panic, the girl phoned her parents, whispering to them what was going on.

"They told me not to panic and that everything would be OK." Her parents also told her to get rid of a brightly colored jacket she was wearing to not draw attention to herself.

She said it was impossible to say how many minutes passed while she was waiting for him to stop

.OSLO, Norway (AP) — A police official has told The Associated Press that the bomb used in the attack at the Norwegian prime minister's office was "some kind of Oklahoma City-type" device made of fertilizer and diesel fuel.

The official said it remains unclear what kind of detonator was used for the bomb, which investigators say was packed into a panel truckand killed at least seven people when it went off.

The official was speaking on condition of anonymity because the information has not been formally released.

A 4,000 pound (1,815 kilogram) fertilizer-and-fuel-oil bomb detonated in front of a federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, killing 168 people.

In March of 2011 when Uranus and the sun met up in Aries a devastating earthquake, tsunami and nuclear event took place in Fukushima Japan.

Nothing describes the upcoming aspects surrounding the Uranus/Sun conjunction better...after the nervous Full moon in Virgo opposite the sun in the last degrees of Pisces we will hearken the arrival of the sun at the Aries point. As you know, 00 degrees of Aries is where the personal meets the public eye- the events that become "signatures" or the sign of the times.

Several aspects, long lasting and transitory, will make this month (and at the very least, the entire next two months) a series of attention grabbing, HEADLINE news featuring explosive and incendiary events. The sun will meet Uranus in Aries EVERY YEAR ( for the next 7/8 years) in degrees further along and continue to CHANGE what was- for all of us.

A whopper of an eclipse occurred in the sign of Cancer on July 22 of 2009 in the last degree of Cancer, 29 degrees, the anaretic degree- highly spiritual in esoteric astrology- the "end of the line" in mundane astrology- in a sign representing incarnating souls, life on our "Mothership", the mass consciousness of humanity and the depth of interior life, HOME ( and all that encapsulates, soul family, family within/without, nurturance available for existence and survival, mothering or "primary" parent issues). This "house" represents what is hidden from you, yourself, as it is a hidden part of the natural zodiac/ the Nadir, the midnight of the soul in the natural fourth house ruled by the moon.

"CROSSING the ECLIPSES message"

In a personal chart the same corresponding degree and placement in a chart is the final release- the ending of the matter, death.

This eclipse delivered the message "Our way of life can no longer exist in the present condition." The 29th degree of Cancer has been ACTIVATED and is triggered by the eclipse degree ANYTIME another planet makes an aspect to IT effecting life on the planet until approx 2016 (seven years past the 2009 "born on" date). The areas of life affected include oceanic life, domestic and womens concerns ( children, safety, food, subsistence and nurturance, birth, childcare, programs that "deliver" these services for same, HOME and mother, FEMA, national security and identification ( the USA has a Cancer sun- national identity) food safety, nutrition for children and babies, WIC, TANF, and programs helping families women and children in the wake of financial

disasters ESPECIALLY in the wake of manmade and natural disasters involving voluntary and involuntary pollution of water/hurricanes/flooding, etc> short list) Fracking, flouride, oil spill, dead zone in the gulf, new organisms affecting sea life and water supply, droughts and floods all figure prominently.

MERCURY is now in Cancer, Mercury in the environment/ coal burning plant emissions, hydroelectric power, messages from the past, history repeating itself, Watergate or Whitewatergate, food allergies and metals in food, (drugs, vitamins and supplements ) the purity of milk and dairy products/ infant formulas, vaccination news, news affecting children and children's programs,( ESP early education, head start, birth to three years old, vaccine or WIC or TANF related) will be the order of the day. Immigration and anchor babies and the draft or support to military families are another line of interest. Housing and the economy and mortgage related/banking related issues, "securities" and trade, and a return to a scandal relating to the same. Banks are continuing to close, nest eggs and retirement income and /or pensions will be discussed or in need of attention. FOOD SCARCITY will be a continuing subject, drought or flood related.

We have had the 29th degree stimulated over and over with six consecutive full moons in ascending order- the universe's way of showing us we must release and surrender parts of our emotional inheritance ( moon is mother and emotional inherited tendencies applying to how we view self care and care taking of others, what is necessary for survival, what we HUNGER for) and now is the time to face whatever limitations, self imposed or assumed, that we CARRY as emotional baggage and feed into- or feed- to allow ourselves to feel "familiar" or comforted in situations where we know we must stand on our two feet. Developmentally this is the first time you differentiate yourself from your mother separate from symbiosis where you are in utero, and when you experience the beginnings of self movement-you STAND alone, you take a step.

Eclipse of June 15 message

The Jupiterian feel of the full moon eclipse in Sagittarius, 24 degrees ( June 15 ) will have an effect that opens or expands the emotions and intuition, and forces an expression, however exaggerated it may be, allowing us to release whatever judgments and self critical attitudes we have accumulated that have prevented us from becoming fully "integrated" as universal beings. These value judgments most likely stem from early conditioning- popular belief systems, the "status quo", leftovers from our early experiences, the "peer group", or message through medium (social conditioning, labels we give ourselves and others) and employs self sabotage techniques in some way.

We have been forced to acknowledge some type of deception, self induced/ inherited or through an associate that may amount to a sort of "betrayal", that prevented us from moving on ( since the recent Gemini eclipse). In the worldview this applies to messages from the media and those who present us with the "facts- or facts of life". Wisdom and a holistic viewpoint are necessary attributes for those who have been feeling stuck or hemmed in by limiting circumstances. A trip to the country or mini vacation in a natural setting will help to refresh those who are chained to a desk or electronic leashes!

The eclipse in Gemini continues to reveal areas in our lives where messages have been distorted, clouded by illusion or fantasy, have been based on false or faulty assumptions, or self limiting messages that no longer "fit" or make sense and details will continue to emerge as the eclipses face other aspects to enable us to use our "higher powers" of discernment to winnow through the choices that will be offered as Saturn continues to wind it's direct motion through the sign of partner oriented Libra until October 2012.

There will be opportunities to open new doors as old obstacles have fallen away and contacts from the recent past may show up once more to extend a helping hand or ask you for a favor. Mercury moves into the sign of Cancer on June 17. Historical perspectives or overtones, history "repeating", replaying the past in a sentimental way, "feeling" family or family oriented activities and remembrances and patriotic/patriarchal/ national allegiances or connections may be tested or stressed.

This is an excellent time to make peace if you are in a position to do so. The ties that bind are becoming unraveled and many souls are crossing over as we approach the trigger points for the upcoming and most recent Cancer eclipses.

Get toxic cleaning products out of your home here's cost effective alternatives

The first thing you want to do is to make your home environment as clean and non toxic as possible to lower your exposure to toxic fumes and such here's what I did.

Two years ago I started looking at ways that I could ween myself away from purchasing so many things to use in my home and stop creating so many toxic fumes in my house. I wanted to start narrowing down my consumerism and learn how to do things for myself and cut down on how much trash I was sending to the landfills. So I did some house cleaning so to speak. I went and took out everything I used to clean with and did some research online on how to clean with regular non toxic natural cleaners.

So here's what I found out: White distilled vinegar is the best for cleaning almost all of your home! I use it for floors, windows, wiping down appliances and anything I would use a glass cleaner or all purpose cleaner for.

Here are some uses for it around your house from the website I found on great uses for distilled vinegar. I'm sure you'll be amazed at what it can do as I was. Be sure to check out the website too for more uses and tips on distilled white vinegar.

To shine chrome sink fixtures that have a lime buildup, use a paste made of 2 tablespoons salt and 1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar.

Make your own scouring cleanser by combining 1/4 cup baking soda with 1 tablespoon liquid detergent. Add just enough white distilled vinegar to give it a thick but creamy texture.

Clean counter tops and make them smell sweet again with a cloth soaked in undiluted white distilled vinegar.

Clean and deodorize a drain by pouring in 1 cup baking soda, then one cup hot white distilled vinegar. Let this sit for 5 minutes or so, then run hot water down the drain.

Deodorize the garbage disposal by pouring in 1/2 cup baking soda and 1/2 cup hot white distilled vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes then run hot water down the disposal.

Deodorize and clean the garbage disposal with white distilled vinegar ice cubes. Make them by freezing full-strength white distilled vinegar in an ice cube tray. Run several cubes down the disposal while flushing with cold water.

Clean the microwave by mixing 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar and 1/2 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Bring it to a rolling boil inside the microwave. Baked-on food will be loosened, and odors will disappear. Wipe clean.

Clean the shelves and walls of the refrigerator with a half-and-half solution of water and white distilled vinegar.

Cut the grime on the top of the refrigerator with a paper towel or cloth and full-strength white distilled vinegar.

Avoid the bad smell when you heat up a newly cleaned oven by using a sponge soaked in diluted white distilled vinegar for the final rinse.

To clean a grease splattered oven door window, saturate it with full-strength white distilled vinegar. Keep the door open for 10 to 15 minutes before wiping with a sponge.

Remove soap buildup and odors from the dishwasher by pouring a cup of white distilled vinegar inside the empty machine and running it through a whole cycle. Do monthly.

To prevent good glassware from getting etched by minerals, wash then spray with full-strength white distilled vinegar. Give the glasses a hot water rinse before letting them dry or drying them with a towel.

For cloudy glassware, soak paper towels or a cloth in full-strength white distilled vinegar and wrap around the inside and outside of the glass. Let sit awhile before rinsing clean.

Get rid of lime deposits in a tea kettle by adding 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar to the water and letting it sit overnight. If more drastic action is needed, boil full-strength white distilled vinegar in the kettle a few minutes, let cool and rinse with plain water.

Remove mineral deposits from coffee makers with white distilled vinegar. Fill the water reservoir with 1 cup or more of white distilled vinegar and run it through a whole cycle. Run it once or twice more with plain water to rinse clean. (Check the owners’ manual first.)

Remove stains from coffee and teacups by scrubbing them gently with equal parts of salt (or baking soda) and white distilled vinegar. Rinse clean.

For stained and smelly plastic food containers, wipe them with a cloth dampened with white distilled vinegar.

Remove odors from a lunch box by placing inside a slice of bread that has been soaked in white distilled vinegar. Leave overnight.

Remove ugly film in narrow-necked glass jars, flower vases, and bottles by letting undiluted white distilled vinegar sit in them for a few hours. Add a little rice or sand and shake vigorously to loosen stubborn stains. Repeat if necessary.

Easily clean your mini blinds by wearing pair of white cotton gloves. Dip gloved fingers into a solution of equal parts white vinegar and warm tap water, and run your fingers across both sides of each blind.

To clean tarnished brass, copper, and pewter, use a paste with equal amounts of white distilled vinegar and table salt.

Make a metal cleanser by adding enough white distilled vinegar to 2 tablespoons of cream of tartar to make a paste. Rub it on and let it dry on the surface. Wash it off and dry with a soft cloth.

Polish brass and copper with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of ketchup and 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar. Rub it on with a clean cloth until dry and shiny.

Remove dark stains on an aluminum pot by boiling a mixture of 1 cup white distilled vinegar and 1 cup hot water.

Discourage ants by spraying undiluted white distilled vinegar outside doorways and windowsills, around appliances and wherever you find the pests coming in.

Get rid of fruit flies by setting out a small dish of undiluted white distilled vinegar.

Clean the wheel of a can opener using white distilled vinegar and an old toothbrush.

Remove the smell of spoiled food from a refrigerator by first rinsing the area with soap and water. Spray surfaces with full-strength white distilled vinegar and wipe them down with a damp cloth or sponge. Fill some containers with baking soda and place inside. Close the door and leave for a few days.

Wipe grease off exhaust fan grids, the inside of your oven, or anywhere grease gathers with a sponge soaked in white distilled vinegar.

To make cleaning the grill easier, spray a solution of half water and half white distilled vinegar on the cooking surface.

To remove a label, decal, or price tag, cover with a cloth soaked in white distilled vinegar. Leave the cloth on overnight and the label should slide off.

Renew sponges and dishrags by placing them in just enough water to cover them. Then add 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar. Let them soak overnight.

Get rid of calcium deposits on faucets by soaking a cloth or paper towel in white distilled vinegar and wrapping the area tightly. Let this sit for a couple of hours or overnight.

Remove soap buildup from faucets by scrubbing them with a solution of 1 part salt to 4 parts white distilled vinegar.

Rid a faucet of lime deposits by tying a plastic bag containing 1/2 to 1/3 cup of white distilled vinegar around it and leaving it there for two or three hours. If mineral deposits don’t wipe off, scrubbing with an old toothbrush should complete the job.

Shine colored porcelain sinks by scouring them with undiluted white distilled vinegar.

Rinse away soapy film on countertops with a solution of white distilled vinegar and water.

Clean grout by letting full-strength white distilled vinegar sit on it for a few minutes and scrubbing it with an old toothbrush.

Kill germs all around the bathroom with a spray of full-strength white distilled vinegar. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

To remove grime, mildew, and scum from the tub, tile, shower curtain or door, wipe with undiluted white distilled vinegar. Rinse with water.

Spray shower doors with full-strength white distilled vinegar after you’ve squeegeed the glass, or before you step in and turn on the water. It will help release the hard water deposits so they don’t remain on the glass.

Mix up an inexpensive tile cleaner by adding 1/2 cup baking soda, 1 cup white distilled vinegar, and 1 cup ammonia to a gallon of warm water.

Get rid of stubborn bathtub film by wiping it with white distilled vinegar and then scouring with baking soda.

Soak a sponge or loofah overnight in a strong white distilled vinegar and water solution to remove dirt and slime. Rinse several times with cold water and let air dry (in the sun if possible).

Clean shower door tracks by filling them with white distilled vinegar and letting it sit for a few hours. Pour hot water into the tracks and wash and scrub away the scum with a toothbrush.

To clean a scummy showerhead, pour 1/2 cup baking soda and 1 cup white distilled vinegar into a sandwich bag and tie it around the showerhead. Let this set for an hour after the bubbling has stopped. Remove the bag and then turn on the water.

Deodorize the toilet bowl by allowing 3 cups white distilled vinegar to sit in it for about a half hour before flushing.

To make the toilet bowl sparkle, pour in a cup or more of diluted white distilled vinegar and let it sit several hours or overnight. Scrub well with the toilet brush and flush.

Freshen air in the bathroom by spraying into the air a solution of 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar, and 1 cup water.
Get a shining finish on a no-wax vinyl or linoleum floor by cleaning it with a solution of one cup white distilled vinegar for every gallon of water.

Apply full-strength white distilled vinegar directly to tough linoleum stains. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes before wiping it up. If that doesn’t work, apply white distilled vinegar again and then sprinkle some baking soda over the white distilled vinegar. Scrub the area with a brush or sponge. Rinse clean with water.

For an economical and environmentally friendly floor cleaner, mix a solution of 3 drops dishwashing liquid to 1/3 part white distilled vinegar, 1/3 part alcohol, and 1/3 part water. Spray sparingly and mop for a fast clean-up.

Some carpet stains can be removed with a paste of 2 tablespoons white distilled vinegar and 1/4 cup salt or baking soda. Rub into the carpet stain and let dry. Vacuum up the residue the next day. (Always test on an out-of-sight part of the carpet first).

Bring out the color in carpet by brushing it with a solution of 1 cup white distilled vinegar for every gallon of water. (Always test on an out-of-sight part of the carpet beforehand).

To reduce soap bubbles in a steam cleaner add about 1/4 cup white distilled vinegar. Use the same amount in the rinse water to remove detergent residue and make carpets stay fresh longer.

Wash indoor/outdoor carpet with a solution of 1 cup white distilled vinegar in 1 bucket of warm water. Scrub using a brush or a broom and then hose off.

Clean up pet accidents by first blotting up the area and then adding a white distilled vinegar-and-water solution. Blot until it is almost dry. Then sprinkle baking soda over the area and let it dry. Vacuum up the residue the next day.

Create your own window cleaning solution by combining 1/2 cup non-sudsy ammonia, 1 cup white distilled vinegar, and 2 tablespoons cornstarch in a gallon of water.

Remove the wax residue left by commercial window cleaners with a solution of 2 cups water, 1 cup white distilled vinegar and 1 teaspoon of liquid soap or detergent.

To remove paint from windows try using undiluted, hot white distilled vinegar. Give the solution time to soften the paint before removing with a razor edge tool.

To remove paint splatters from windows apply full-strength white distilled vinegar with a clean paintbrush.

Did you make a New Year' resolution to get healthy and or loose weight? Well I'm here to help you. My resolution is to help people as best I can with what I know. I have lost over 80lbs in 2009 and have kept it off and continuing to loose more. I'm also a life coach advisor and am glad to help anyone who's feeling out of sorts, lonely and just needing someone to talk to.

Helping the Homeless in Inland Empire California

I've been watching some videos on youtube by george4title a guy in the Inland Empire area interviewing the homeless and jobless community.

Since I'm a human who likes to be part of a solution then what I have proposed to do is set up some community help centers to help the homeless and jobless learn other ways to generate what they need to survive and have sustainable living.

First Amendment Rights Taken away in Gulf!

(NaturalNews) As CNN is now reporting, the U.S. government has issued a new rule that would make it a felony crime for any journalist, reporter, blogger or photographer to approach any oil cleanup operation, equipment or vessel in the Gulf of Mexico. Anyone caught is subject to arrest, a $40,000 fine and prosecution for a federal felony crime.

CNN reporter Anderson Cooper says, "A new law passed today, and back by the force of law and the threat of fines and felony charges, ... will prevent reporters and photographers from getting anywhere close to booms and oil-soaked wildlife just about any place we need to be. By now you're probably familiar with cleanup crews stiff-arming the media, private security blocking cameras, ordinary workers clamming up, some not even saying who they're working for because they're afraid of losing their jobs."

The rule, of course, is designed to restrict the media's access to cleanup operations in order to keep images of oil-covered seabirds off the nation's televisions. With this, the Gulf Coast cleanup operation has now entered a weird Orwellian reality where the news is shaped, censored and controlled by the government in order to prevent the public from learning the truth about what's really happening in the Gulf.

The war is on to control your mind
If all this sounds familiar, it's because the U.S. government uses this same tactic during every war. The first casualty of war, as they say, is the truth. There are lots of war images the government doesn't want you to see (like military helicopter pilots shooting up Reuters photographers while screaming "Yee-Haw!" over the comm radios), and there are other images they do want you to see ("surgical strike" explosions from "smart" bombs, which makes it seem like the military is doing something useful). So war reporting is carefully monopolized by the government to deliver precisely the images they want you to see while censoring everything else.

Now the same Big Brother approach is being used in the Gulf of Mexico: Criminalize journalists, censor the story and try to keep the American people ignorant of what's really happening. It's just the latest tactic from a government that no longer even recognizes the U.S. Constitution or its Bill of Rights. Because the very first right is Freedom of Speech, which absolutely includes the right to walk onto a public beach and take photographs of something happening out in the open, on public waters. It is one of the most basic rights of our citizens and our press.

But now the Obama administration has stripped away those rights, transforming journalists into criminals. Now, we might expect something like this from Chavez, or Castro or even the communist leaders of China, but here in the United States, we've all been promised we lived in "the land of the free." Obama apparently does not subscribe to that philosophy anymore (if he ever did).

So how does criminalizing journalists equate to "land of the free?" It doesn't, obviously. Forget freedom. (Your government already has.) This is about controlling your mind to make sure you don't visually see the truth of what the oil industry has done to your oceans, your shorelines and your beaches. This is all about keeping you ignorant with a total media blackout of the real story of what's happening in the Gulf.

The real story, you see, is just too ugly. And the government has fracked up the cleanup effort to such a ridiculous extent that instead of the "transparency" they once promised, they're now resorting to the threat of arrest for all journalists who try to get close enough to cover the story.

Yes, this is happening right now in America. This isn't a hoax. I know, it sounds more like something you might hear about in Saudi Arabia, or Venezuela or some other nation run by dictators. But now it's happening right here in the USA.

As Anderson Cooper reported on CNN:

"Now the government is getting in on the act. Despite what Admiral Thad Allen promised about transparency just nearly a month ago.

Thad Allen: "The media will have uninhibited access anywhere we're doing operations..."

Anderson Cooper: The Coast Guard today announced new rules keeping photographers, reporters and anyone else from coming with 65 feet of any response vessel or booms out on the water or on beaches. What this means is that oil-soaked birds on an island surrounded by a boom, you can't get close enough to take that picture. Shot of oil on beaches with booms? Stay 65 feet away. Pictures of oil-soaked booms uselessly laying in the water because they haven't been collected like they should? You can't get close enough to see that. Believe me, that is out there. But you only know that if you get close to it, and now you can't without permission. Violators could face a fine of $40,000 and Class D felony charges."

Welcome to the (censored) club
All I can say to CNN is: Welcome to the club! This kind of censorship, intimidation and tyranny has been going on for decades in the field of health, where the Orwellian FDA has treated the entire U.S. public to a nationwide blackout on truthful health information about healing foods and nutritional supplements. CNN has never covered that story, by the way. Most of the mainstream media has, in fact, gone right along with censorship of truthful health information by the FDA and FTC.

Now they're suddenly crying wolf. But where was the media when the FDA was raiding nutritional supplement companies and arresting people who dared to sell healing foods with honest descriptions about how they might help protect your health? The media went right along with the cover-up and never bothered to even tell its viewers a cover-up was taking place.

You see, even CNN is willing to tolerate some Orwellian censorship, as long as its advertisers are okay with it. The only reason they're talking about censorship in the Gulf of Mexico right now is because oil companies don't influence enough of their advertising budget to yank the story.

Censorship is not okay in a free society
I like the fact that CNN is finding the courage to speak up now about this censorship in the Gulf, but I wish they wouldn't stay silent on the other media blackouts in which they have long participated. Media censorship is bad for any nation, and it should be challenged regardless of the topic at hand. When the media is not allowed to report the truth on a subject -- any subject! -- the nation suffers some loss as a result.

Without the light of media scrutiny, corporations and government will get away with unimaginable crimes against both humanity and nature. That's what's happening right now in the Gulf of Mexico: A crime against nature.

Obama doesn't want you to see that crime. He's covering it up to the benefit of BP. He's keeping you in the dark by threatening reporters and photographers with arrest. How's that for "total transparency?"

The only thing transparent here is that President Barack Obama has violated his own oath of office by refusing to defend the Constitution. By any honest measure, in fact, these actions, which are endorsed by the White House, stand in direct violation of the U.S. Constitution. And that means this new censorship rule in the Gulf, which suspends the First Amendment, is unconstitutional. It also means those who decided on this rule are enemies of freedom.

They are the ones who should be arrested and hauled off to federal prison, not the CNN reporters who are trying to cover this story.

The seeds of tyranny
The loss of life in the Gulf of Mexico isn't the only catastrophe taking place here, you see: Now we're losing our freedoms while our government tries to intentionally blind us all from the truth of what's happening on our own public beaches.

When those who seek truth are branded criminals by the government, it is only a matter of time before that government expands its criminalization labeling to include anyone who disagrees with it. These are the seeds of tyranny, and Obama is planting them at your doorstep right now.

Hello fellow brothers and sisters of the www. I'm in need of your help. I've been stranded here by family circumstances and need some help. I am a single mom of a 4yr old and need a place to stay until I can get on my feet.

Long story short left Calif to help my mom get out of an abusive 32 yr relationship, relocated her with me and my daughter to Stockbridge Ga and three weeks ago she abandoned us here. I've had to move out of our place because I can't afford it. My child support was not sent this month by my child's father and I need a place to live where there are like minded people.

I've filled out all the applications for emergency help but have no way to get to the offices of Social Services and Child Support enforcement to get them started. So basically we have no income now and are staying with a neighbor who took us in so we wouldn't be homeless.

I have no support network here and thought I could reach out to my Sovereign family for help. So if you're able to help out at all with a ride to appointments, a place to stay until we can get on our feet or an extra car you're not using I'd appreciate and could really use the help.

You can all check with Dru who knows this story to be true on a personal level because we are personal friends from when I lived in Temecula, Ca prior to leaving.

Please if you can help at all contribute to my chipin. I'm going to get a car someone has donated me here and next will save to move us into our own place where we can begin again!

There are many indigenous groups, as well as different faiths and beliefs, now sharing prophecies regarding information about this special time on the planet. Within all beliefs there is a similar thread that gives us the same message: we must unite in our hearts in order to overcome the challenges we are now facing on the earth.

What is The Great Gathering? It is the same message of many beliefs from around the world. The message is simple: now is the time for humanity to unite to create the one voice for the people of Earth.

This Great Gathering will be in every country around the world; we will stand together and join our hands, our hearts and our voices. This will create the spark that brings light to the rest of the world and to humanity.

As the days grow shorter and the nights grow longer I'm finding myself getting more into the going with in process I call it. It's the time for inner learning and preparing for a long winter inside till the first blooms of Spring invite us out again. We're all looking for a warm cave to snuggle up and prepare for our long winters nap so to speak.

When I was teaching my classes living your life like the seasons of the farmer I would call this the storing up, learning and review time. This is the time of year you can up all your harvest from the harvesting moon just past and make sure you have enough stored up for the winter before you go in not to come out till Spring.

This is also the time when you'll be able to learn a lot about reviewing the past year and what went well and what did not. Did you have a good season of life for Spring, Summer and Fall? What will you do for next year?

Today is also a very powerful manifestation day too. We are Wednesday November (11) 11, 2009 all numbers are 11's for today. If you would like to know more about the number 11 and what many people are doing today then it would be a good google search.

Great time to get quiet with a pen and paper and write a few things down and make plans. All of us are experiencing some type of cooler weather by now and it's a good time to curl up at home in the quiet no distractions, with a nice fire in the fire place if you have it or just light some candles and write in your journals or read a good book. Or even better sit in the silence and listen to the stillness and crackling of the fire.

There is much to learn in silence if you dare to only listen...

The grasshopper has no food or shelter, so he dies out in the cold.

MORAL OF THE STORY: BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOURSELF

MODERN VERSION:

The ant works hard in the withering heat all summer long, building his house and laying up supplies for the winter.

The grasshopper thinks the ant is a fool and laughs and dances and plays the summer away.

Come winter, the shivering grasshopper calls a press conference and demands to know why the ant should be allowed to be warm and well fed while others are cold and starving.

CBS, NBC , PBS, CNN, and ABC show up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper next to a video of the ant in his comfortable home with a table filled with food. America is stunned by the sharp contrast.

How can this be, that in a country of such wealth, this poor grasshopper is allowed to suffer so?

Kermit the Frog appears on Oprah with the grasshopper and everybody cries when they sing, 'It's Not Easy Being Green.'

Acorn stages a demonstration in front of the ant's house where the news stations film the group singing, 'We shall overcome.' Rev.! Jeremiah Wright then has the group kneel down to pray to God for the grasshopper's sake.

Nancy Pelosi & Harry Reid exclaim in an interview with Larry King that the ant has gotten rich off the back of the grasshopper, and both call for an immediate tax hike on the ant to make him pay his fair share.

Finally, the EEOC drafts the Economic Equity & Anti-Grasshopper Act retroactive to the beginning of the summer.

The ant is fined for failing to hire a proportionate number of green bugs and, having nothing left to pay his retroactive taxes, his home is confiscated by the Government Green Czar.

The story ends as we see the grasshopper finishing up the last bits of the ants food while the government house he is in, which just happens to be the ant's old house, crumbles around him because he doesn't maintain it.

The ant has disappeared in the snow.

The grasshopper is found dead in a drug related incident and the house, now abandoned, is taken over by a gang of spiders who terrorize the once peaceful neighborhood.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Be careful how you vote in 2010.

DEAR ONES OF THE HUMAN RACE if you're feeling any of these things know that it is because you are going through the separation of the old ways to the new. You are awakening, you are ascending, you are being prepared to survive the end times. Now more than ever is the time for you to stay close to God/Spirit/Universe which ever you choose to call it. Now is the time your knowing is calling out (screaming with some of us) that now is the time to take a look at what is REALLY important in the grand picture of life.

Do not worry about the old system crumbling it has to. For something new to arise something old has to die. This system is old and it's time to die. We must all look inside ourself and find that knowing of what is true for you. Not for society rules, not for your neighbors, not for even your own family but for you.

Each of us are here in this time and space at this very herstoric momment for a reason (yes I spelled that right because this is the beginning of herstory and the ending of history.

Everyone has known about the prophecies of old and now everyone is panicing because they are no longer prophecies but actualities. You must decide for your self which side you will be on. Decide for yourself what is important to you, decide for yourself what it was that you and only you came here to do at this moment in time.

The time is now for us to come together and unit to help one another make it through what has been told long ago would happen. We have the power to make this place and this moment in time what ever we want it to be. WE MUST MAKE A DECISION TODAY it is not to wait on someone to rescue us. It is only us that can rescue ourself.

I know that the times are very frustrating for everyone out here now. I hear it all the time with my conversations with those I counsel. We are all going through the same thing together. That is the true test of all of this will we unit or will we allow ourselves to continue to be separated?

If you think you can and if you think you can't change the world both are correct! Which will you choose? The time is NOW NOT LATER will you stand up united or will you fall divided? It's up to you....you choose....

I went into a depression too it's the stages of grief and loss which is a natural process when you start to wake up. We have to grieve the losses. Loss of our foundations we were "taught" was secure, the loss of trust in the governments, fellow man and such so it's a natural process and people naturally will go through those stages of grief.

To wake up means to change your whole way of life as you've known it. When you wake up you realize it's all been a lie and you could have been living your dreams and doing what you came to this planet to do instead of working and paying bills to just get by and survive. Think about it everyone is in the rat race. Has it been worth all the sacrifices we've made with our families and loved ones most of all? Think of the time that's been robbed from them because of the enslavement of people to things and the dollar. Isn't it time we really sat down and thought about what really matters in our life?

Remember the Matrix and what Morphius said. Once you take the red pill there's no turning back. If you want to be comfortable and keep going with the flow then do that, everyone has free will to decide for themself what they are going to do. With knowledge comes responsiblility, personal responsibility and work and most people aren't willing to change and give up their "things/social status/egos" because most people define them self by what they have and what they do.

It's been society programming and you can't just wake up and then everything will be peachy no no no it takes lots of faith and work to deprogram yourself and go against the main stream of things.

Always remember that life is a journey that begins with just one step. So that means some action needs to be taken. Like the great master said "if you think you can, if you think you can't both are correct."

I was typing emails back and forth with my friend on FB and so she reminded me..."you should have a blog or something..." Duh I do. So here are some of the email conversations and tips I've shared with her that I'll share with you all too. Sorry it's going to be a bit long...

Honey Money will not save us. Love will and getting together with other like minded people right now so that we can make plans to do what we need to do and establish what we need now by helping each other.

All of the current ways of life are going bye bye really quickly the sooner you're out of the "system" the better! I know more than anyone what it's like to be the "black sheep" of the family. Even the bible said though (it's a good book written by men of course) Brother would turn against brother, sister against sister, mother and fathers against their own children in the end times. Not all will enter the narrow gate.

More and more people are waking up so don't worry because as we wake up and raise our vibrations we'll bring the others up with us automatically. Go to my youtube channel and watch the latest favorite videos I've got up there. (aphroditecal) Then as you have time start going through the videos on the playlists I've got too....in your copious spare time that is lol.

Now is the time to start weening our selves off the monetary system and find other ways of getting what we need. Trust me it works. I'm living proof. I fired my corp america job almost 4 years ago and have never looked back. I've been able to get all my needs met and most of the time didn't have to pay for them....they just showed up and still show up.

That's why a support network of people who do think like us is so important. I am here for any advice or support you need! Don't hesitate to ask...."A closed mouth doesn't get fed."

Remember this my friends if Mother Earth promises to make sure that the animals have something to eat, a warm place to rest and all of their other needs met, then why wouldn't she take care of us that same way as her most precious of all creations?

Watch the Freedom movie and take action....you'll see that you have the power to have all you need in life and manifest it once you know the "rules" of the game.

WAKE UP AMERICA Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the "Pandemic Response Bill" 2028

(NaturalNews) The United States of America is devolving into medical fascism and Massachusetts is leading the way with the passage of a new bill, the "Pandemic Response Bill" 2028, reportedly just passed by the MA state Senate and now awaiting approval in the House. This bill suspends virtually all Constitutional rights of Massachusetts citizens and forces anyone "suspected" of being infected to submit to interrogations, "decontaminations" and vaccines.

It's also sets fines up to $1,000 per day for anyone who refuses to submit to quarantines, vaccinations, decontamination efforts or to follow any other verbal order by virtually any state-licensed law enforcement or medical personnel. Here's some of the language contained in the bill:

(Violation of 4th Amendment: Illegal search and seizure)

During either type of declared emergency, a local public health authority... may exercise authority... to require the owner or occupier of premises to permit entry into and investigation of the premises; to close, direct, and compel the evacuation of, or to decontaminate or cause to be
decontaminated any building or facility; to destroy any material; to restrict or prohibit assemblages of persons;

(Violation of 14th Amendment; illegal arrest without a warrant)

...an officer authorized to serve criminal process may arrest without a warrant any person whom the officer has probable cause to believe has violated an order given to effectuate the purposes of this subsection and shall use reasonable diligence to enforce such order. [Gunpoint]

(Government price controls)

The attorney general, in consultation with the office of consumer affairs and business regulation, and upon the declaration by the governor that a supply emergency exists, shall take appropriate action to ensure that no person shall sell a product or service that is at a price that unreasonably exceeds the price charged before the emergency.

"Involuntary Transportation" (also known as kidnapping)

Law enforcement authorities, upon order of the commissioner or his agent or at the request of a local public health authority pursuant to such order, shall assist emergency medical technicians or other appropriate medical personnel in the involuntary transportation of such person to the tuberculosis treatment center.

$1,000 / day in fines

Any person who knowingly violates an order, as to which noncompliance
poses a serious danger to public health as determined by the commissioner or the local public health authority, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or a fine of not more than one thousand dollars per day that the violation continues, or both.

Forced vaccinations

Furthermore, when the commissioner or a local public health authority within its jurisdiction determines that either or both of the following measures are necessary to prevent a serious danger to the public health the commissioner or local public health authority may exercise the following authority: (1) to vaccinate or provide precautionary prophylaxis to individuals as protection against communicable disease...

Forced quarantine for those who refuse (illegal imprisonment without charge)

An individual who is unable or unwilling to submit to vaccination or treatment shall not be required to submit to such procedures but may be isolated or quarantined pursuant to section 96 of chapter 111 if his or her refusal poses a serious danger to public health or results in uncertainty whether he or she has been exposed to or is infected with a disease or condition that poses a serious danger to public health, as determined by the commissioner, or a local public health authority operating within its jurisdiction.

Here's an interesting analogy I received some time ago. Since my common message this week is to share hope thought this would be good to post today!

$20.00 Sometimes we just need to be reminded! A well-known speaker started off his seminar by: holding up a $20.00 bill. In the room of 200, he asked, 'Who would like this $20 bill?' Hands started going up.
He said, 'I am going to give this $20 to one of you but first, let me do this. He proceeded to crumple up the $20 dollar bill. He then asked, 'Who still wants it?' Still the hands were up in the air. Well, he replied, 'What if I do this?' And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe. He picked it up, now crumpled and dirty. 'Now, who still wants it?' Still the hands went into the air.My friends, we have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth $20. Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way. We feel as though we are worthless.. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. Dirty or clean, crumpled or finely creased, you are still priceless to those who DO LOVE you. The worth of our lives comes not in what we do or who we know,but by WHO WE ARE and WHOSE WE ARE.
You are special - Don't EVER forget it.' If you do not pass this on, you may never know the lives it touches, the hurting hearts it speaks to, or the hope that it can bring. Count your blessings, not your problems. 'And remember: amateurs built the ark .. professionals built the Titanic.

I was just in shock after I went to visit my dad. I haven't been there in about 8 months. I had moved to Temecula which is 45 mins north from him. So I drive down to visit.

The information he shared with me just left me amazed at how he can't even go outside after dark in his own yard that's fenced. This is the neighborhood I grew up in and used to ride my bike on the streets until it got dark.

Made me ponder why so many people are turning to violence, murder and suicide? The answer came on the drive home in meditation over the things he had shared. People have lost HOPE!

So I'd like to share just a bit of mine with you and this proverb.

A Hong Kong Proverb

As long as we have hope, we have direction, the energy to move, and the map to move by. We have a hundred alternatives, a thousand paths and infinity of dreams. Hopeful, we are halfway to where we want to go; Hopeless, we are lost forever.

Hope is the anticipation of an event or an occurrence. Our own individual hopes are our own desires, or could be considered our wish for the future.

Hope can give us a feeling of optimism when we are feeling discouraged. As Diogenes once said, "Hope is the dream of a waking man."

Hope is one of the prime differences between successful people and those who can only see failure. Successful people have hope because they can clearly see their goals.

People who only see failure have no hope because they see no light, they set no goals, and they see nothing accomplished.

Successful people see alternatives and are willing to try different ways. People who only see failure are unable to see another way and give up to easily.

With hope you are halfway to where you want to go; by setting your goals, and taking the action to achieve them, you will see your hope turn into your reality!
